July 1, 2023 - Invisibly pale, with a tart aroma that initially reminded me of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Strong silex flinty notes on the first sip. This one has minerality in spades, tamed by some aeration courtesy of the Vinturi and some glass time. Pairing was right on the mark with some shrimp cocktail and also an heirloom tomato tartlet. This reminded me of why I favored the silex varieties of Sauvignon Blanc when visiting Sancerre several years back. And super affordable, putting this high on the list for restocking.

June 23, 2023 - Gooseberry, white current, and kumquat on the bouquet and palate. In a lifted, refreshing, and highly appealing style. Interesting textures and range. Delightful!
