January 5, 2024 - Definitely worth seeking out again. Crisp, clean citrus with a little salty mineral thing going on. Yum.

July 9, 2023 - Would take Ameztoi or Txomin over this, but it’s still not bad, and like those, improves on day 2 and onwards to reveal more classic character.

October 11, 2022 - So good! We’d never had this before and tried a glass at Cooks & Soldiers in Atlanta. The wine was poured from a height to aerate it. It is quite light bodied, like a Vinho Verde, and has a bit of a maritime flavor to it, almost like oyster flavors. Very different to anything we’ve had before. Can work like an aperitif. Will definitely try to find this or similar wines in future.

Edit: found 3 bottles at $20. After finishing the first, our opinion of this wine remains very high. Refreshing, very pleasant.

July 27, 2022 - Just a touch of petrol to it. Crisp and lively. Brilliantly acidic.
