  January 29, 2023 - Concur with DND that these could use some bottle time, but disagree about their drinkability at this stage. Still showing young, but nice red and black fruit with ample oak and tannins. I would not describe this wine as “subtle,” but it’s quite good, especially for the price.

  October 15, 2022 - Knew better to try this early but the wife talked me into it. This was a thick, muddled mess of fruit and oak. Put the bottle in the fridge overnight and drank the next day. Much more restrained on day two, it has a nice complexity added by the cab that helps round out the back end. The first founder's blend is just starting to come around so I'll forget I have these for at least two years.
