May 15, 2024 - Incredible expressive nose, crushed florals, bright red cherries, dark berries, black tea, wild herbs, and crushed rocks. The palate is bright, refreshing yet with structure and balance, refined berries, crushed rocks, black tea undertone. Nice for the Al% to not feel too high, 13% , tasted a Californian Pinot next to this at 14.5% and wow you feel the difference. Certainly new world, this would never go for Burgundy, but you are far from a typical Californian Pinot.

February 2, 2024 - What a wonderful rendition of a pinot. Savoury, herbaceous, umami and spicy. Similar in style to domaine de l’arlot in burgundy or Domaine de la cote, kistler or littorai in the US

December 24, 2023 - Is quite similar to an entry+ level burg

Strawberries, red fruits. V juicy, almost sweet, but it's a dry wine.
Some hints of smoke and leather, as well as vanilla from the oak!

This is a well made one 🫡

    Alc. Med
    Body intensity med
    Finish med

    Balance is there.

    I'm impressed!

September 22, 2023 - Marked by supreme cleanliness & energy, this was a complete breath of fresh air - excellent first outing w Burn Cottage & the Moonlight Race PN (v20, 13% ABV). Light to medium ruby, somewhat opaque in appearance. Superbly perfumed nose evoking deep scents of raspberries, cherries, forest floor, spice, citrus zest. Palate - light-bodied w excellent concentration & depth of fruit mirroring nose, vanilla, slightly green, lifted by lively acidity, smooth NW Pinot mouthfeel, lots of energy, closing on a juicy-pure note! Irresistible drinking.

March 16, 2023 - United Cellars Grand Cru Pinot Noir tasting (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Black hued fruits, perhaps a little whole bunch, savoury spice, wild ferment funkiness with time. Juicy, slightly sour black fruits, plentiful drying tannins, perhaps lacks a little generosity and finishes with a note of sourness that strays to the volatile.

March 2, 2023 - Its on day two, and it didn't make it all the way through. Could be in better form but it looks like previous drinkers hit it kinda hard.

December 2, 2022 - this wine is fabulous. Ideal new world pinot profile. Immediately got on line to pick up some more. QPR is off the charts.
