    Palate: Roast chicken. Baked bread. Dry. Medium acidity. Medium plus body. Medium plus flavour intensity.

    October 15, 2021 - A private lunch (Restaurant Vis aan de Schelde, Amsterdam, NL): Provided that it has had sufficient time to integrate the dosage, this is a lovely Champagne. And this bottle has. It is easy to slash wines like these for being unmistakably commercial in nature, but they are expertly made and their specious charm is not to be discounted. In any case, the Champagne in our glasses seemed to evaporate at an alarming rate - and it accompanied the Geay oysters admirably.

    September 25, 2021 - Very nice multi-vintage champagne in the more affordable echelon!
    Nuanced, with a depth that surprised. Balanced acidity, some nuts, apples and citrus. I like this!
    The fact that it was free might have tilted the score a little on the positive side.

    August 23, 2021 - Nothing to write home about and no tasting notes, but a solid champagne that will appeal to people across the board. Very good purchase if under $40.

    August 8, 2021 - Drank at Sandpiper at Hard Rock Hotel in AC, $79, full body, lots of flavor, good bubbles, drank with mussels, flatbread and pesto ravioli, surprisingly good stuf, good value, will drink again, no disgorgment date.
