April 12, 2024 - Similar notes as last bottle. A beautiful wine that gives notes of pepper, slight bitterness, and tons of early picked cherry. There is a lightness to this wine/variety which is beguiling. The wine shows some orange tints, characteristic of Pelaverga, or age, I'm not sure. Delightful!

October 21, 2023 - This is ready to go after about 10 months in the cellar. Drink or hold. Beautiful example of the varietal.

September 16, 2023 - A beautiful wine that gives pepper, slight bitterness, and tons of early picked cherry. This may improve over the next 2+ years.

September 2, 2023 - Fun, distinctive and very Piedmontese- ground white pepper and balmy, gentle raspberry fruit. Smooth, delicate on the palate - wears its 14% abv lightly and the lack of a discernible tannic structure give this a juicy, drinkable quality. Relatively simple and, at current release price, expensive for what it is - even with the cachet of the label.

August 4, 2023 - Loads of fun. In a way, bubbly comes to mind, as much because I find this light>medium-bodied wine has such good lift, as for the fun factor that bubbles often evoke, though this is dry, and still. Earthy, with red and purple fruit and florals, and notes of pepper and spice lurking about. Give it a slight chill, and then get ready to up your antipasti game. Drink now. 14,0% abrecommended
