November 14, 2023 - Kind of an amazing Spätlese. Bright and lemony, rich and sweetly honeyed on the entry, but then erupts with tart lemon pear and apple. Long long lip smacking finish tart but still resonating with that sweet honey. Oh my.

August 11, 2023 - Having some spicy Chinese food at home called for just the right cellar selection, and this was exactly that.
Absolutely delicious, full of energy, and wonderfully pure. Fantastic notes of piquant white peaches, limes, and sweet herbs with dusty minerals. This was utterly lip smacking and had a seemingly endless finish that was both tangy and saline.
This is all about balance, pleasure, and full of happiness. A long and delicious life ahead for this beauty.2 people found this helpful Comment
