September 20, 2023 - First ever wine review attempt. Subtle nose, some slight grass, maybe some citrus. Slight sweetness, good acidity- getting more of that citrus with a big of earth, maybe mineral? coats the tongue on finish with a slight salinity. Served with chicken adobo over rice.
September 8, 2023 - {screwcap, 12.5%} A little grass, a hint of gooseberry. But gentle and friendly - if there is RS here it's very finely judged. Light palate, no real acidity nor length of finish. Very bistro.
