Community Tasting Notes 1

  • kostaslonis Likes this wine:

June 1, 2022 - Ulysse Cazabone tasting (WSPC): Very different in style, salty, sea breeze, freshness, citrus fruit, lemon leaves, again a fragrant cologne-like nuance. There is a bit of bitter/medicinal hue here
In the palate, the wine shows the same level of impact as the nose, it has the same profile of flavours, citrus notes, green overall, lemon leaves, kiwi, high acidity, long finish.
Again I’d say that this would be better with food.
