July 9, 2010 - No formal tasting notes. Drank the wine at a tasting with my wine group and this drank as expected. Wine was dark and full bodied but showed some of the garnet hue with hint of brown suggesting age. Had potential for further years. Some heat on palate as expected but did not overwhelm the dark plummy fruit.
