April 24, 2024 - This continues to be one of the best values out there for me. Oyster shell and saline qualities, tension good acid. Just enjoyable to drink and something I’d never say no to opening.

February 25, 2024 - Lovely balanced wine. Delicious flavors. Not over the top and at the same time not flimsy with some depth.

January 27, 2024 - Friskt, väldigt lite ek. Gott till fisk med sandefjordsås.

January 23, 2024 - This was a pop and pour at a restaurant. It showed at its best after about an hour open with lovely and balanced tones of pears, lemon meringue, vanilla bean, red apples, elderflower, nougat, baking spice, saline, and yellow florals. The Medium bodied feel is textured and shows off the balance of the nose along with crisp, medium+ acidity. There is a real mouthwatering quality to the acidity that leans into a fresh finish. This could likely benefit from a couple of years to fully come together. It has been a bit since I've had a Sandhi and this is extremely enjoyable at a great price.

January 22, 2024 - Brought to my blind tasting group. The theme was Chardonnay.

Flint, wet pavement in the summer, white flowers, hint of butter. Lemon, white peach.

Fruit is a bit riper on the palate as it opens up - matches the notes on nose.

Med+ acid, medium body, med alc, med + finish.

Couple people called this Chablis from a good producer some others were in Sonoma coast.

January 11, 2024 - This pours light gold in the glass. The nose is very expressive and very old world styled showing lovely lemon curd, tasted cashew, honeycrisp apple, cold cream, white mushroom, thyme, mint, and white flowers. Everything you want, complex, expressive and appealing. The palate is focused and precise with bright lemon on entry, turning to candy cane and cream on the mid-palate. Acid is medium plus, focused and precise with tartness, bitterness and fruit sweetness in total harmony along the lengthy finish. Seriously impressive stuff and a screaming bargain for $25 USD. Put this in a white burgundy blind tasting lineup and be amazed.

December 8, 2023 - I thought this was great QPR - just $20 on sale at our local wine shop. Ripe fruit on the nose, green apple and lemon, with some crushed sea shell and brine. Energetic and punchy on the palate due to acidity but has some vanilla undertones that round everything up nicely.

November 18, 2023 - Flinty apples and lemons. Bright acidity. Initially it is surprising that this is a 100% malolactic fermentation wine (30% neutral oak aging), but the creamier, slightly butter notes show themselves with time in the glass. This is an enjoyable wine with a good QPR.
