  May 16, 2020 - didn't give this the decant it needed, so I'm watching the development over a couple days. Day one: very promising with deep cherry/plum but tight, still only showing bits of itself. A bit of woodsy note but nose. I'm guessing another 5 years as the components are in place for a good future.

  December 10, 2018 - PnP. Dark red. Looks more like Syrah than Pinot Noir. This bottle comes across as meaty and pretty extracted. A whiff of oak on the nose. A lot of glycerin is evident in looking at the legs. Some tiny bubbles, not airy at all. Kind of clunky. Not my preference in Burgundy.

  March 24, 2016 - Souper à Beaune chez Aude et François: En magnum.
  Superbe finesse de tanins, c'est frais et plein, un magnifique vin avec un équilibre exemplaire. Du volume et de la finesse, une bouche presque gourmande, opulente mais avec une minéralité et une fraicheur exceptionnelles. En compagnie de Louis Boillot, c'est la première fois qu'il y regoûte depuis la mise en bouteille! 92-93 pts

  May 23, 2014 - Utendørs på Frogner, ved Leiras bredd. Moden vin med særpreg, som begeistret alle. For noen år siden var den ordinære kommunevinen å foretrekke - nå viser denne sin klasse. Vi drakk også en flaske av den andre k-vinen, som hadde et noe beskt preg: 88p.
