Community Tasting Notes 2

July 7, 2023 - Completely agree with Francophile’s earlier note. I’m surprised how good this is: balanced and juicy red fruits, i.e., watermelon, raspberry, and strawberry with chunky red mineral rock and medium acidity providing structure and equilibrium. A number of shades darker than a Provençal rose; deep pink rather than a pale pink, but still very light and pleasant on the palate. Acidity supports a medium long finish. I would definitely purchase this or future vintages. Drink now or by 2024.

October 4, 2022 - This is another of Garagiste's best 12 Rose's of 2021 and a really nice one. I have consumed earlier vintages of this wine and I think it has always been good. It is very pink, almost a pale shocking pink very smooth and a very good lingering finish.
