May 8, 2010 - Nose of lychee, Anjou pear, quince, with a steely mouth-feel, this off-dry riesling is a superb value. 2-3 years from its peak, this is a great match with any Asian cuisine.

January 7, 2010 - Yes, it's less than focused and oversweet. But it went with damn near everything I could pair with it, had a hint of lime and decent acidity. A good dancing partner. If it were 3-4 bucks cheaper I'd buy a gallon bottle.

December 13, 2009 - Blind Riesling Tasting (My house): This was passable, but after the second flight of awesome dissapointments, my note-taking dropped off precipitously.
    nose: bruised pineapple
palate: half dry, half sweet, this seemed to be confused and yet simple and grapey at the same time. Best of the flight, 3rd overall (to give some indication of the quality of the entrants in the tasting!)86-87

May 11, 2009 - Nice nose, somewhat floral. On the sweet side with definite peach present. Very good match to turkey dinner.

April 12, 2009 - Could use a bit more acid for balance but beautiful flavors and nicely done. For $12 a great little Riesling. Tropical and stone frutis abounded, sweet but not too. Kabinett level wine, great pairing to Easter ham.

March 28, 2009 - Nice crisp, refreshing and slightly sweet riesling. Lots of stone fruit, hints of slate. Finish was medium. Great QTPR.

March 1, 2009 - Way too sweet. Almost undrinkable. Tasted like bad Kosher wine.
