May 7, 2024 - A great pouilly showing just what you’d want and expect. Gooseberry, herbal, chives and maybe even asparagus (or is it the pairing w asparagus). Flinty, hints of smoke. Palate intensely acidic, mineral on long finish and tart gooseberry and rhubarb throughout. Some floral hints?
February 23, 2024 - A little bit more real, a little bit more mineral and hay field to it. And crunchy acidity on the palate a little bit.
January 31, 2024 - This is exploding with aromas and flavors -- peach, green apple, pineapple, pear, kiwi, orange, lemon zest, and more. Great acidity. Delicious and an incredible value.
December 4, 2023 - Fresh and zingy Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit, peaches, apples, with a hint of lemon zest on the finish.

July 15, 2023 - Fantastic acidity. Hint of smoke on the nose as well as lemon, green apple, no flint, absolutely no cat piss or other new world SB traits.
Great qpr. Other person nailed it with asparagus. Not the razor line zing of acidity found in so many great German wines but broader, with a little bit of weight on the tongue at the end of the finish, but not in a round Provençal way, and hard to beat for what it is at the price.
Even better second day. Don’t give to someone who likes california butter and oak logs. Beautiful. A great value, even here in Hawaii.

Medium body, high acidity, medium+ finish.
Paired with chicken fricassee with asparagus and morels. Excellent pair.

January 14, 2023 - This is fantastic - if Sancerre's in short supply, this is an easy choice for sure. Definite buy.
