June 19, 2016 - Still showing well at this age. Earthiness and spice notes, silky on the palate, finish may be a little shorter than a few years ago. Brought to a restaurant, very versatile with food - paired well with pasta in lamb ragout, hanger steak, pan grilled white fish, and seared scallops.

December 17, 2013 - Very enjoyable. Characteristic of the vintage - it is lightweight and lean (but not thin or watery). Nice strawberry/cranberry aromas/flavors with good intensity and depth. Lean. silky texture with good grip and a few sharp edges. Ends with a nice, medium, fruity finish.

November 18, 2012 - This is lighter colored pinot, nice nose of cranberries as well as a sprightly beginning that meerlows after 30 minutes. Crisp, a bit angular in its tartness, but tasty still the same. A Nice food wsine, but am enjoying sipping alone as well. Drink it now, I don't think this will develop anymore and since the fruit is on the lean side - in a good way - I would drink in next year or so.

December 9, 2011 - Nice bouquet of berry, spice and vanilla. Rating is based more on high acidiy than anything else. For a KW Pinot Noir, this was substandard. It improved after an hour in a decanter.
