February 2, 2012 - Last of my Garagiste bottles (which were inadvertently sent to me by mistake-I was told to just keep them - 3 btls). Finally mature and the best of the 3. Red fruited, silky, resolved tannins. Drinking in a very good place right now. None of the disjointment or cocoa notes of previous bottles Not the hype that Jon R boasted about but a good drink nonetheless. Paired nicely with moderately spicey pork sausages from Bristol Farms.

October 21, 2011 - Lovely nose, a bit of farmy notes, cherry, plums, more mature then 1 year ago. The tannins are gone, very velvety on the palate. I like it. Too bad this was my last bottle.

May 29, 2009 - Not unpleasant. Nose is muted, any tannins are fully resolved, but no stuffing. Some strawberry among the fruit but otherwise rather thin and one dimensional. Next time, I'll pick something bigger to pair with grilled lamb chops. Maybe my mistake. Was a bargain!
