September 23, 2022 - PnP Very much like a good CAVA, not too much acidity but balanced by refreshing bitterness. Quit some colour and broad fruit like high portion of blue grapes in the blend. Quite high dosage for a brut but worked excellent as aperitif. Drink now-onwards.
