February 14, 2024 - Super savory, delicate cherry and strawberries with green tops attach. Like a delicate Red Burgundy in sparkling form. Medium+ acid. Beautiful wine and paired very nicely with our Omakase for Valentine's day. This is what I think people mean by vinous sparkling. California is killing it with sparkling wines these days.
