January 17, 2021 - Perhaps this is aging out. Still, the honeyed flowers, nut, orange, almond and fat yellow citrus showed nicely. But it feels like it is slowly running out of steam. It is time to drink this as it will probably only drop fruit from here.

October 28, 2020 - M&PD Zoom Tasting: Bordeaux (Zoom): Unreal nose. Beeswax and honey. Maybe a little grilled pineapple. Indescribably exotic. Just gorgeous. Pure. I would guess much more Semillon. Not really any acid shows up but also no heaviness. Mmm, tropical but also mineral, savory, and long. Really a truly sublime wine.

May 23, 2020 - Dry honey, dark yellow floral notes, hints of honeysuckle, beeswax. Distributed weight. Not my preferred style of white in general but this was very good.

November 8, 2019 - Stellar - such a perfect balance and depths. Great freshness but tells an interesting story. Very impressive.

August 22, 2019 - It took a good 1.5 hour to open up. Nose had melon, butter, honey, coconut oil and citrus on the nose. Palate was expansive and deep with lots of underlying substance. It is still youthful with very good upside. A stunning hb blanc. 95+
