  October 2, 2011 - Had this amongst many other tasties, and it blew them away frankly, and I mean no disrespect to them either. We had a Kaena 2007 Grenache, Larner Vyd, a Beckmen Barrel Select 2009 Cuvee, and a Two Hands, Gnarly Dudes 2009 Shiraz (not my bag), all good, but this was just more smooth, polished, broad and deep, by far. Granted, it is another level pricewise, but it delivered on the palate as well. Had with steak, wait for it, NAILED it! : )

  fruits and tobacco. Black currant and spicy berry on a rich, sumptuous entry with notes
  of dates toward the midpalate. A suave HMR that winds up to deliver a full length finish
  worthy of this famed single vineyard designate. Probably to improve with further bottle
  age. Adelaida tasting room - Paso Robles Harvest Festival.
