January 23, 2020 - This didn’t quite feel right. Probably a bottle that wasn’t stored well. Drinkable, but I suspect slight heat damage.
October 26, 2019 - This bottle was fully mature aromatically, with tertiary notes such as rusty iron, spicebox, dried porcini, and old boat-house. Yet on the palate it still has a lot of verve and energy, with mineral salinity on the finish. So, in a great spot on the development curve.
May 24, 2019 - Nice, mature and lovely Paje with a solid backbone.
Aroma: licorice, tar, tobacco, moist forest floor,
Full-bodied- with very good acid and firm and gripping tannins. Nice fruit concentration.
Excellent length with a hint of sweetness in the finish.
In a great place right now.
May 16, 2019 - After 2 hours breathing, fragrant nose of rose, cinnamon, earthy spices. Mid weight very spicy palate, earthy, minerals, great acid and balance with medium+ finish. Nice wine on the dry side.
May 11, 2019 - PnP. Flott farge. Mørke kirsebær, tørkede roser og litt tobakk. Mjuk munnfølelse med modne tanniner. Virker moden og egentlig perfekt nå. Drikk nå - 2021.

November 7, 2017 - J&VB with RIBBS (Brunswick House): Obviously neb nose, so having guessed Barolo incorrectly, it must be barb and probably a Prod. Bright raspberry fruit cut through with black tea. Still plenty of grip on the palate, just starting to soften a little at the edges. Lovely. ****
October 27, 2016 - Checking in on the Produttori 2004 Riservas; 10/16/2016-11/7/2016: Seems to be a bit paler in colour and more evolved than others. Strongly balsamic, very savoury nose. Not a perfect bottle, I fear.
September 14, 2016 - Wonderfully floral. Elegant texture. Delicate.
