  January 7, 2011 - Pale gold color, medium body. The first sip was disappointing, thought it was way past its prime. But the two or three glasses since then have been very enjoyable. Hints of peach and apple on the nose. On the palate, great balance of acid and fruit. Very smooth and excellent mouthfeel. It was great with shrimp scampi and by itself. Nice long finish.

  April 21, 2009 - No detailed notes but remember thinking this was much more floral and fruitier than any other Pinot Gris I've ever head. Nice acidity though. Well received at dinner pleasing multiple palates.

  December 29, 2008 - This was tasty right out of the fridge, and tasty in a differrent way after it warmed up. The nose when chilled is pear and cantaloupe. Color is light golden yellow. On the palate, excellent balance between the acid and the fruit. Nice mouth feel, and finish is pretty strong and lengthy. One of the best PG's I've had in quite a while.
