October 10, 2019 - Opened at 3:00 and poured out a glass: wonderful fruit-oriented bouquet hinting at things to come, but primarily high-toned flavors and tannins.
Dinner at 7:00: open for business with a bouquet of tar and roses and flavors of flowing, ripe red fruits, integrated oak notes, and lots of food-friendly dark citrus.
End of dinner 9:00 with the sediment at the bottom of the glass, flavors have gotten rounder, more chocolatey.
A wonderful ride and drinking very well with aeration.
    No rush to drink.

August 18, 2019 - From magnum, delicious Barolo. Close to full bodied. Good Barolo flavors.

July 7, 2019 - Deep opaque garnet with slightly orange rim. Modern style Barolo with noticeable oak treatment. Rich fruity character with traditional notes present but in the background. Pronounced acidity carries into the medium long finish with tannins present and clearly demanding some hearty dishes. Nice.

June 29, 2019 - Cellared since purchase in 2009. Cork was dry but no seepage. Orange/Brown color and undrinkable.

June 15, 2019 - Still tasting very fresh and alive, just more mature. Dark red fruits, earth and spice.
