Very strong example of AV AVA. Has all of the characteristics that draws me into this appellation for Pinot Noir. -

March 3, 2011 - Very nice. Quite dark for a PN (unfiltered?), nice nose: some cherry, raspberries, a little smokiness. On the palate quite complex, some vanilla and good acidity. Well made CA Pinot.

November 14, 2009 - Opaque burgundy color. Raspberries and vanilla on the nose. A bit of cranberry, raspberries, caramel and minerality on the palate. Good mix of modernity with a bit of old world subtlety.
