July 23, 2023 - At the beginning a lot of olive in the nose.
Later some Marmelade and heat but in a good way
A lot of kirsch and herbs on the palate.
Very dense. Perfect window. -

Some heat at the end, but the beginning is all darker fruits, blackberry and hints of spice. Comes together a bit with some time in the glass.

September 11, 2022 - Sunday lunch with the Wine-Ark boys (Porcine, Oxford Street): Initially savoury, gamey, meaty, sweet spice, plums, red berry in support. Soft, fruity, easy with plums and berries, grainy textured tannins persist long, handles it's alcohol well. Yum.

August 6, 2022 - Last of these and still seemed very youthful and powerful. The 2016s are likely to need at least 15 years possibly more!
