December 1, 2023 - Intensity medium(+). Lemon zest, mandarin, pear, apricot confit, saline, vanilla. Acidity medium(+). Finish medium.
Unlike most Albarinos, the Organistrum has spent 4 months in French oak, with stirring of the lees. The result is quite interesting.
