November 28, 2022 - My first experience with an older Champagne and wow was I amazed, popped and poured over 2 hours with it being best at the end. Still had some carbonation that bubbled off after about 10 mini in the glass, was a bright golden color it looked exceptional. Nose was a little funky at first but after that blew off it had a very delightful toffee and butterscotch scent, flavors were the same with some caramel citrus and pear, had a nice crisp mouthfeel and a long finish. This was outstanding and makes me never want to drink young champagne again if this is what it will eventually become!

October 23, 2022 - Drinking perfectly, no sign of advanced age. Ethereal wine, with ongoing flavors and amazing complexity. Pure pleasure to drink.

September 24, 2022 - Very mature and perhaps a slightly affected bottle. Nevertheless a lovely aged DP with oxidized notes of caramel, dead yeasts and a touch of Madeira.

May 4, 2022 - SAC: Evening of wines with some duck (Decoy): The wine of the dinner hands down. It was all of the things you want in old champagne. Poured four different bottles and each unique (I didn't get to try them all) but the ones I did were all good. Slight bit of freshness but all of the age character and slightly caramel and still decent bubbles and just overall drinking great.
