November 11, 2023 - Decent - it is an entry level wine for the region of course so punches its weight. The vintage is greatly lauded but I do wonder just how good are the whites. Not tasted any high level ones but certainly in the Macon and Chalonaise , we have found the entry level wines a bit disjointed and out of balance with very pronounced acidity. Perhaps even the junior wines need more time to settle? We have much preferred the 2019’s
