November 29, 2023 - Nose: lemon and a little bit of wet slate. Great acidity, lemon zest and candied lemon, maybe a touch of yogurty twang on the finish along with some more of that slate minerality. Simple, pure, delicious.
November 23, 2023 - J’essaie la 1ère bouteille à sa mise en cave. 2021 est réputé être un millésime classique. Je m’attends donc à un vin très tendu: et non, c’est super digeste et équilibré. Ça se boit dangereusement bien!
September 7, 2023 - Already prefer 2021 to 2020 vintage for white burgundy. Bright and energetic with notes of citrus peel, wet slate, thyme, mint? and oyster shells. The palate is bright and energetic with citrus, white stone fruit and fresh herbs, the mid-palate is persistent with crushed stones and slightly savoury, with a refreshing and mouth watering finish. Really like Picq Chablis and what I am looking for in a Chablis, merci Yves! 91-92

July 10, 2023 - Quite nice and a great QPR - textbook - some lactic notes on the nose, thyme and herbs with a slight floral note with touch of lemon. It has surprising richness for this price point, great acidity and a long, mouth watering finish - a hint of bitterness at the end. Solid and well worth seeking out - and a total bargain for the quality level..

April 5, 2023 - I think this was nice, nothing whatsoever to complain about. Dry and with a brief aftertaste of chalkiness, this was like the essence of a Chardonnay without any of the cloying elements. I'll return to this one when my palate is more refined but I think this is the first "Chablis" as so often described I've tasted, in my wine ignorance.
