March 27, 2021 - Bra små bubblor, rik doft av kvitten, röda äpplen, lätt oxiderade toner och lite aprikos. Frisksyra, bra frukt och mer äpplen, rostat bröd i munnen. Rel lågng eftersmak. God komplex 96-a.

    December 31, 2018 - (Disgorged in spring of 2009, 18% Pinot noir & 82% Chardonnay)
Nice golden yellow colour with fine bubbles and a mature nose showing plums, yellow apples and dark chocolate. Very fresh acidic palate with ginger, mature apples and a nice long lime peel finish. This is drinking very well and with a very nice and typical acidity of the vintage and feeling more balanced compared to last bottle a year ago.
    (Probably best 2016-2031)

June 5, 2017 - (Disgorged in spring of 2009, 18% Pinot noir & 82% Chardonnay) Yellow colour with fine bubbles. Maturing nose showing plums, apples, chocolate and minerals. Palate shows lots of intense acidity with fresh mature apples and a long intensive bitter lime peel finish. This is drinking very nicely and showing good development so far. But I feel this has evolved in a slow and gentle way and has more potential. All the power of a good cuvée from 1996. Best 2016-2036.

December 31, 2014 - This bottle was absolutely stunning. Well-kept and rich on the fruit, great acidity and still with lively bubbles. Superbly integrated and developed on the palate with red apples, hazelnuts and minerals. Really complex in the long finish.

April 17, 2014 - Yellow colour with fine tiny bubbles in a neverending stream.
The nose is tight but shows maturity with yellow apples and minerals.
The palate shows a mature taste of dark chocolate in the finish that is mixed up with a lemon tone. After a while there's a hint of vanilla oak that is very well integrated in the palate.

Typical for a '96 vintage where the acidity keeps on living. But much better than some '96's I've tried lately. Should develope nicely for at least 5-10 years more.
