  December 30, 2022 - This is my first go-round with this wine but I need to get more time with it. This was lovely. A faint tinge of salmon color, a mineral streak ahead of the mousse with wonderful body. Stone fruit with a hint of citrus, it flashes the fruit at your palate and then merges back into it’s mineral lane. Really enjoyed this but had far too little time with it. Relative bargain at $52.99

  November 28, 2022 - Opened yesterday. This is the brand new cuvee, I suppose the sibling of the BdB BN, as this is also BN. Disgorged April 2022, this arrived last week and I was eager to see how this would show. A mix of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It pours with a light peach color, just enough to know there is some tint to it, but it's subtle enough that you have to look. This is very good, with a spine that is present but there is also fruit to wrap around it. Blood orange, peach flesh, raspberry and fresh lime. Finishes crisp and pure, a little steely but there is still texture here to offset any perceived austerity. I continue to be impressed with how Aurelien Laherte creates these Brut Nature cuvees with such a pleasing presentation.

  November 25, 2022 - First year of this blend of Pinot noir and Meunier, disgorged April 2022 with no dosage. Pours with a slight pink hue. Must be an off bottle, because I don’t get any of the berry that seems to dominate other early notes, but actually a pretty unpleasant note that calls to mind peanut butter of all thinks. Capped and put into the fridge for tomorrow.
  
  Update: the flaw didn’t seem to go away, while the fruit tried to push through, the unpleasant note didn’t go away
