November 3, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Tasting - Youthful complex nose displaying ripe but pure yellow fruit, pineapple, a hint of pear, lemon curd, pina colada, beeswax, spicy spices and crushed rocks. Very refined palate, finely layered pure yellow fruit, fresh, pure and beautifully detailed, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a long pure sweet yellow fruit driven finish with a hint of coconut at the end. This seems readier than the other whites, already showing beautiful complexity.
