July 12, 2023 - January 2020 disgorgement: Even though the bottle had been resting undisturbed in a cool cellar, the wine was insanely frothy when we opened it. On the first day, it tasted like Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water with an extra slash of acidity. On the second day, it had a stronger orange flavor, and the bubbles were better behaved. The improvement with 24 hours of air suggests that this champagne will be better with a few more years in the cellar.
May 13, 2023 - Great Champagne at AQS, loved it. Solid and delicious as usual.
April 25, 2023 - Very nice champagne, balanced and tasty. Apples, pear, some nuttiness and toastiness. Better than many far more expensive champagnes.
