March 13, 2015 - I bought this as part of a mixed auction lot, and figured a $20 Chardonnay from 2006 would be a candidate for the sink. To my surprise, this was a very enjoyable bottle. The nose is somewhat muted, but there are very nice peach, butterscotch and vanilla notes on the palate, and the texture became increasingly creamy as the wine in the glass approached room temperature. I certainly wouldn't hold, but if you still have a well-stored bottle or two I think you'll be very pleased.

February 12, 2011 - Beautiful deep golden color. Butterscotch, citrus, and creme brulee on the nose. Full flavor and silky smooth on the palette. Very pleasantly surprised with this effort.

January 29, 2011 - Citrus notes. Nice oak with some butter. Very fine finish. Rich, golden yellow in color. In a blind wine tasting party with 14 people, this was choosen as the top Chardonnay by 8 people, beating on the much more expensive Frank's Family Vineyards chardonnay! On sale at Von's in CA right now for $12.50. Sweet deal.

October 18, 2010 - Decent chardonnay for the price. Wouldn't wait much longer to drink it at this point though.

(Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve Chardonnay) #5; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-nice brightness; some pineapple coming through; orange Creamsicle; fresh & vibrant; some oak as well; TASTE-little acid on the back-end; good fruit; this wine to me is VERY basic; tastes like a $7 California Chard; this is a very soft effort; RP-90; GV-81
