February 16, 2017 - Don't know exactly which cuvee this is but I know the bottle said 2012. I think this is one of my favorite Mawbys. It has a nice mellow roundness. Kind of sweet, kind of savory, just a hint of bitter. Sort of bready tart fruit. Not a good description, I know - but the best I can do.

November 25, 2016 - Great for a MI sparkling wine. Easy drinking - somewhere between a cava and a prosecco on the dryness scale.

August 20, 2016 - From 375ml, this was my first experience with a Mawby, and a rather pleasant one at that. Everything I want in a $9 half bottle, and a little more, actually. Full-flavored, medium-bodied, and well-crafted, this is just as good on its own as it is with food. So, so easily recommended

Traditional method sparkler. Autolytic and tree fruits on the nose. Great effervescent mouthfeel. -

January 10, 2016 - Got tarter as the night goes on, but started out mellow and savory. Elegant as so many Mawby wines are. Green apples, unripe tropical fruits (which makes sense to me). Enjoyable.
