March 11, 2023 - The wine is clear with a pale lemon colour.
The nose is clean with low intensity aromas of bread, lemon and apples.
On the pallet there’s high acidity and medium minus alcohol. The body is light with light aromas of lemon, yellow apples, bread and minerals. The finish is sort.
The wine is of acceptable quality. All the aromas you’d be looking for in a champagne are there, but they’re very light and disappear quickly. It does taste a bit like a glass of good champagne that someone poured some water in. -

December 31, 2022 - Very nice sparkling wine. Easily on par with and better than low end champagne. Intense with sharp acidity though not very complex. Nice indeed.
