November 5, 2023 - Dark ruby hue. Notes of blackberry, cherry, plum, and strawberry. Plush and rounded tannins. Low acidity. Soft and assured.

October 28, 2023 - This a very good red wine, especially for a Zinfandel. Great for any meal that demands a red wine. Good nose. medium body. Fruit. Balanced tannins. Highly recommended.

September 9, 2023 - Bought this after a great tasting at the winery hosted by Angela. She used a side-by-side technique, including this zin against the primitivo. Very interesting comparison; the primitivo was more like a traditional big Cal zin and this was lighter in color and more earthy but well-balanced end-to-end. Went perfectly with bbq baby back ribs.
