December 17, 2022 - Jag tycker det här är ett kul vin med tanke på producentens övriga inriktning. Det finns själ i vinet, men det är svårt att motivera prislappen på 400 SEK för min del.

November 18, 2022 - Blend: Garganega Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc
from ~4.5 ha on the Veronese side of Monte Calvarina,
in the eastern most region of the Soave appellation at 600 m
with south-west exposure and soils of volcanic origin and
large limestone outcrops.
EDIZIONE II is a blend of the 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 vintages.
[EDIZIONE I comprised vintages 2013. 2015, 2016, 2017]
10- hr maceration on skins.
Fermented with selected yeasts at low temperatures.
Partial malolactic fermentation (~10%).
Aged ~6 months in wood barriques and second passage tonneaux.
Plus further maturation in steel tanks.
13.5% Abv.
Background: Founded in 1925 by the first generation of the Pasqua
brothers in Verona, expanded by 2nd gen in 1960s. Now run by
Umberto Pasqus and sons Alessandro and Riccardo (3rd gen).

A(ccuray)=2: Med gold/straw. Racy tangy blend.
B(alance)=3: Modulated components enticingly juxtaposed.
C(omplexity)=2: Green apple, white peach, pear, nuts.
D(epth)=1: Lifted mouthfeel. Average length and bit tart finish.
