April 27, 2008 - This was an excellent champagne. Very small, rapidly rising bubble. Dry, lemon-y with hints of what I can best describe as chocolate.

April 13, 2008 - Nice, crisp, lemony champagne. Quite enjoyable, but not particularly remarkable other than its very odd perlage - started off with lots of big bubbles like a soda, which eventually just stuck to the side of the glasses, but were then followed by really tiny bubble strings perhaps smaller than anything I've seen in champagne.
