May 25, 2023 - Aromas of verbena, ginger, lemon, fresh herbs and crushed rock. Succulent zesty citrus fruit on the palate, with clove and mineral depth. Medium bodied and crisp, building depth through the palate.
April 29, 2023 - The nose is reductive, not a lot of fruit here. Nutty aromas (peanuts) and flowers dominate. The palate after a 3-4 hours decant reveals citrus fruit and a touch of green apple. Very mineralic, subdued oak and strong acidity. Lovely and I am hoping that it will get better with more cellar time.
March 27, 2023 - From Domaine De La Cote fruit. Great texture and balance. Elegant, floral, stony, lemon, green apple long finish. Lovely.
