Served (1-hr decant) with Cross-rib roast.
Dark clear purplish red on the pour. Blackberry and Cherry on the nose. Cassis and Cherry along with Cola notes on the palate. Soft tannins leave just a slight fuzzy tooth feel. Moderate acidity, full-bodied with a velvety, round feel in the mouth. Pleasantly tart, lingering, finish with a hint of mineral. An Elegant wine.
