  from poor clayey, and chalky soil at 700 m under organic and
  biiodynamic viticulture.
  Manual harvest. Vinified following the ancient method of a single
  fermentation in 720-litre clay amphorae with the skins and without
  the addition of artificial yeast and sugar. Bottled while it is still
  fermenting, and released without disgorging and with its own lees
  when ready.
  12.5% Abv.
  
  Background: Loxarel, a small winery in the municipality of Vilobí del
  Penedès is a pioneer in orange wine, ancient and biodynamic
  practices.
  Owner/Winemaker: Josep Mitjans
  
  The packaging: to present a "bald redhead" Mitjians convinced
  Jordi Garcia, the sommelier of the Raïm Restaurant in Alicante,
  to let them shave his head for a photo with his lush red beard.
  
  A(ccuray)=2: Misty orange pink. Mildly funky and frizzy.
  B(alance)=1: Somewhat disjoint components.
  C(omplexity)=2: Cola, cranberry, hint of sherry.
  D(epth)=1: Tangy mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
