October 25, 2015 - Practice Tasting for WSET Diploma Unit 5 exam (Clerkenwell): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Pale lemon colour.
Nose: The nose is Clean and Developing, showing Medium intensity primary aromas of apple, lemon, peach, pear, and secondary aromas of biscuit, bread, brioche.
Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (12.00%). It has Medium body and Medium intensity primary flavours of apple, lemon, peach, pear, and secondary flavours of biscuit, bread, brioche, cream. The finish is Medium. It has a creamy mousse. Clear signs of autolysis.
Overall: Lacks length, intensity and complexity. Simple fruit flavours with some secondary autolytic characteristics.
Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing The fresh fruit is the attraction - not sure how this will develop when that fades.; Medium priced (£8.00)1 person found this helpful Comment -

November 25, 2012 - pale - bit lemony with few sources of medium active bubbles - very nice. nose: light, yeasts with lemon - nothing special. taste: light bodied and no personality; quite dry with apples leading the lemon fruit. beerlike yeasty finish.

May 22, 2012 - Bardzo fajna Cava z końcówką trochę nawet drożdzową. W degustacki porównawczej z Pereladą Mielżyńskiego wypadła tak samo. Warto zrobic większe zapasy.
