    January 10, 2023 - 100% Schioppettino
    from sea-influenced vineyards by the lagoon of San Gervasio,
    Carlino, Friuli Venezia Giulia.
    Manual and mechanical harvest.
    Soft pressing.
    8-12 days fermentation at controlled temperature between 25-27°C
    with help cultured enzymes and selected yeasts.
    After ~3 months in steel tanks, further aged 10-12 months in 500 l
    French oak barrels. Plus 3-4 months in bottle.
    13.5% Abv.
    History: Founded by Emiro Bortolusso
    Proprietors: Offsprings Sergio and Clara

    A(ccuray)=2: Med ruby/garnet. Fresh brambly varietal.
    B(alance)=2: Focused fruit with adequate structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, plum, licorice, spices.
    D(epth)=1: Round mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
