    from Menfi, Sicily with medium textured clayey soils sustainably farmed.
    Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
    Aged in steel tanks and then in bottle for at least 3 months.
    Unoaked. Vegan suitable.
    12.5% Abv,
    History: Cantine Settesoli is a coop of 2000 farmers since 1958
    with 34 different cultivars on 6,000 ha of land (7% of vineyards on the island).

    Winemaker: Domenico (Mimmo) de Gregorio
    A Marks & Spencer selection.

    A(ccuray)=2: Pale lemon/green tint. Mildly aromatic varietal.
    B(alance)=2: Off-dry fruit with soft acid structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Quince, ripe peach, floral hints.
    D(epth)=1: Supple mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
