September 18, 2022 - Pretty pale salmon color. Drank a couple glass over 90 minutes. This has been cellared for over 4 years, and it's been 2 years since my last bottle. This was definitely the best bottle I've had. The nose is provocative with blood orange, cherry, apple, yeast, and melon. The palate shows blood orange, tart cherry, medium body, tangy, chalk and apple peel. Vibrant with a clean elegance to it. 92+ to 93pts.

July 1, 2020 - Dad's Birthday (The Ranch, WI): Medium salmon color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. This was another boat wine that ultimately suffered under the heat trying to keep it chilled in glass. Very consistent with previous bottles and notes. Very yeasty on the nose and palate, chalk, oxidative, tart apple, apple peel, dry minerality.

June 1, 2019 - Light salmon color. Split bottle over an hour plus. Largely consistent with note from 7 months ago. This did disappear pretty quickly tonight. Very tart, apple, chalk, oxidative, tons of dry extract, subtle red fruits, apple peel. Medium plus body with tons of minerality and dry extract. I think this is it. I would not go so far as to call this elegant tonight, more masculine and with some grip.
