February 14, 2024 - Yeast, bread, green apple, it's all there. Very enjoyable bottle. To celebrate that my long photos at the hospital were good. This is s move forward glass of champagne.

December 31, 2023 - Made from a blend 40 % pinot noir, 40 % meunier, and 20 % chardonnay. Vendange 2019 - deg. february 2023, dosage 4,5. Light golden apple, slight autolysis and roasted notes, good depth and refined finish.

December 25, 2023 - Green apples, brioche, citrus with great acidity. After 45 minutes the wine opened up with white flowers as well.
Open this 30 minutes before serving.
