March 29, 2024 - 구매해서 상온에 둔지 1년이 넘었지만 아직 어리다.
아무래도 아직 어릴 것 같아서 시음 1시간전 오픈 후 어깨 브리딩 했지만 여전히 퍼포먼스를 제대로 보여주진 못했다.
병브리딩 하였음에도 불구하고 첫 잔의 느낌은 corky인가 싶을 정도로 불쾌한 dust or whisky nose가 난다.
시음 마지막에서야 슬슬 풀리면서 요거트 뉘앙스가 지배적이 되는데 ...
글쎄 의문스럽긴 하다만 아직은 때가 아닌 듯

Nose: citrus, apples, apricot light brioche and pleasant yeast character
Palete: similar to nose. Several layers with complex tones.
