December 30, 2007 - Cyprus Wines; 12/23/2007-1/5/2008 (Nicosia, Cyprus): ( @ Pralina) Plum and slight fougere on the nose. Nicely structured with Cab shoulders, but more delicate and soft fruit. Good balance, nice intensity. Acids carry plum and cerise fruit. Slight spice. Medium finish with not much additional. Crafted very well and well matched with a chopped meat burger and w/ charcuterie.
